A: Fill out the contact us questionnaire, and a representative will reach out to set up a time.

A: Loretta McBride is the only instructor.

A: Music lessons are once per week.

1. Review the online brochure and information for our programs offered throughout the year.
2. Review our policies and complete the music application form.
3. Registration payments will be processed online using Quickbooks. An invoice will be emailed to you. If you prefer to pay by check, you can pay at your lesson. A receipt will be sent via email. Supplies will be mailed or provided at lessons upon request.

We do not offer financial aid at this time; however, we do offer sibling registration discounts. Any other discounts provided are at the discretion of Mrs. McBride.

Once the schedule is set, it is difficult to make changes anytime during the year. We do not offer trial lessons. We try to be flexible, but L’Enrichment has a commitment to you and our teachers; we expect you to keep that commitment as well. We prefer that both the parent and student be present at lessons.

Payments are made by semester and due at the beginning of the year. There are no refunds and no make-up lessons for student absences. Students must sign up for the full semester and cannot pick and choose which weeks to attend. All students are required to participate in both private and group classes as well as recitals.

All fees and tuition for each quarter must be paid before the first lesson or class of that quarter. Payment may be made in installments if paid by credit card; otherwise, full payment is due with registration. L’Enrichment reserves the right to refuse re-enrollment to students whose accounts are not in good standing. Late registration fees for returning students will be applied after a 7-day grace period. Registration due dates are listed on re-registration forms and invoices.

Tuition and fees are payable by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Online payments are invoiced and emailed using Quickbooks. A $25 fee will be charged for any bounced check. L’Enrichment reserves the right to refuse personal checks from students who have previously paid with non-negotiable items or to refuse enrollment to students whose accounts are not in good standing.

Should you have a conflict with your lesson time, please cancel and reschedule using the Calendly link within 24 hours of the lesson.
If you are unable to attend your lesson on the day of, please contact the instructor or email info@lenrichment.com. We care about you and worry when you do not show up! If you let us know as early as possible, lessons can be rescheduled.

Tuition also covers extra program expenses such as piano accompanists at concerts and rehearsals, rental fees for lessons and concert facilities, photocopying, postage, phone.

L’enrichment does not provide make-up lessons for student absences. No refunds will be issued for missed lessons. If an instructor cancels a class or lesson, a make-up session will be scheduled during the designated make-up weeks in the music calendar, or a refund will be issued at the end of the semester.

Intentions to withdraw from lessons or classes must be submitted in writing to L’Enrichment. Loretta McBride will aim to connect the student with a new teacher within two weeks of submission. Informing an instructor of your decision to withdraw, stopping or withholding payment, or not attending classes does not constitute withdrawal.

If a student withdraws mid-semester, the cost of administered lessons will be deducted from the 50% refund amount. Students who withdraw may not re-enroll until the following semester.

We rarely schedule conferences, but we are happy to arrange a time to meet or hold a phone conference with you and the teacher. Please never hesitate to contact Loretta McBride at any time. Open communication is important for all involved.

We rarely cancel lessons due to weather. If you feel unsafe traveling to your lesson, we understand. However, a make-up lesson may not be possible.

Boys and girls should wear white pointed-collared shirts. Girls should wear black skirts or dresses with tights, and boys should wear black pants or slacks.
